EASY RETURN OR EXCHANGE OPTIONS
At DirtBound, we strive to make returns as easy as possible for our customers. We offer the following three options:

STANDARD RETURN: Return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

RETURN IN-PERSON: You may return your item at our Chisago City, MN warehouse.

EXPRESS EXCHANGE: If you need your new item quickly, call 651-257-2080 and ask for the "Express Exchange". We will expedite your new order and help you make arrangements for the return. Please note that you will be charged for the new items when the order is placed and credited for the returned items once they are received and inspected.

RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must have an RMA number. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Shipping and handling charges, labor fees, installation fees, and other charges are non-refundable. DirtBound is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items cannot be returned: installed products, opened electrical products, custom items, closeout or clearance items, and special order items.

SHIPPING CLAIMS: All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. If a package is damaged, it should be reported to the delivery person at the time of delivery or within 10 days. Claims cannot be made after 10 days. If the shipment was sent by FedEx, report the damage to FedEx to initiate the claim process. If the shipment was sent by USPS, report the damage to USPS.
