Returns

At DirtBound, we're passionate about the craftsmanship that goes into each product we create. We believe you'll be just as enthusiastic. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

What is your return policy?

DirtBound accepts returns on any non-custom products within 30 days of the customer's original receipt. Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Pre-Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Modified items are not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale: All used sales are final. No returns or warranties apply to used parts.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request an RMA Number: Contact DirtBound to obtain an RMA number. This number must be visibly marked on the outside of the return package.
  2. Repackage the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, including all hardware and additional components.
  3. Include Order Information: Include a copy of the order confirmation email, packing slip, or provide your name and the exact email address used to place the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are generally processed within 1-2 weeks after receipt. Once processed, we will notify you and issue a refund for the returned items, less any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
