DirtBound Lifetime Warranty and Limitations
Coverage:
DirtBound offers a lifetime warranty on all parts we manufacture. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is intended for the original vehicle for which the part was purchased. The warranty remains active as long as the original purchaser owns both the product and the original vehicle. Please note that the warranty does not extend to the powder-coated finish.
What's Included:
DirtBound will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective products due to faulty materials or workmanship. Both parts and labor are covered, subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined below.
What's Excluded:
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues such as rust or scratches
- Damage from accidents or unlawful vehicle operation
- Products used for racing or competition
- Modifications or repairs not performed by DirtBound
- Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow installation instructions
Terms & Conditions:
To maintain eligibility for this warranty, products must be installed according to DirtBound's guidelines. Any customization or modification to the product voids this warranty.
Liability Limitation:
DirtBound's obligation under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or issuing a refund. DirtBound is not liable for any additional damages, including but not limited to, damage to your vehicle, cargo, or third parties.
Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, please do the following:
- Email Us: Contact us at info@dirtboundoffroad.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide Documentation: Include photos that showcase the issue, the overall product, and a description of what led to the problem.
- Label and Ship: Clearly print the RMA# on the shipping label and package. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as DirtBound is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Claims without proper documentation may not be processed.
