Manufacturing and Shipping Lead Times:
Lead times for manufacturing are indicated on each product page and should be viewed as estimates. While we aim to adhere to these timelines, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to changes due to external factors like third-party delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Not in Production: 5% cancellation fee.
- In Production: 25% cancellation fee.
An order is considered 'In Production' once it has been prepared for laser cutting.
Acknowledgment of Lead Times
By placing an order with DirtBound, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the manufacturing lead times stated on the product page. You understand that these lead times are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to delays from third parties, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Time:
After your order has been crafted and shipped, you can generally expect delivery within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Why Lead Times May Vary:
The lead times provided are average estimates, calculated from a range of orders. This means some orders may be completed sooner, while others might take longer. A variety of factors can influence individual order lead times, such as the complexity of the product, availability of materials, and operational efficiency. Unplanned events like equipment malfunctions or supply chain issues can also contribute to delays.

At DirtBound, we're passionate about the craftsmanship that goes into each product we create. We believe you'll be just as enthusiastic. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.
What is your return policy?
DirtBound accepts returns on any non-custom products within 30 days of the customer's original receipt. Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Pre-Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Modified items are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale: All used sales are final. No returns or warranties apply to used parts.
How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Request an RMA Number: Contact DirtBound to obtain an RMA number. This number must be visibly marked on the outside of the return package.
- Repackage the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, including all hardware and additional components.
- Include Order Information: Include a copy of the order confirmation email, packing slip, or provide your name and the exact email address used to place the order.
