Product was never received shows delivered but it’s not. Dirt bound customer service is terrible. Takes 3-4 months to get your product after you spend thousands on said product. There is no communication between company and customer unless you the customer make that efforts of o could give zero stars I would.

This kit is worth the wait, I have gone over just about every long arm kit on the market and for the money this kit cannot be beat. I would like to see some directions or recommendations with the kit to assist in the install and a sticker to throw on the back of my Jeep. I Cerakoted my kit for a custom finish and it’s sweet.

I waited just alittle over a month for my order. It was very hard to get ahold of someone. Did not get emails about it would take longer than expected. When it came in, had no hardware or instructions. Not happy with this at all.
