Why is my order taking longer than the lead times displayed above?
The average lead time is just that - an average. It is calculated by taking the total lead time for a group of orders and dividing it by the number of orders. This means that some orders may have a lead time that is shorter than the average, while others may have a lead time that is longer. The fact that some orders may take longer than the average lead time does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the production process. There are many factors that can affect the lead time of an individual order, such as the complexity of the product, the availability of raw materials, or the efficiency of the production equipment. Additionally, unexpected events such as equipment breakdowns or delays in the supply chain can also affect lead times.
Please be aware that lead times may change without notice and are not guaranteed. We do our best to ship orders within the estimated lead time, but delays may occur due to factors such as third party delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet entered production, a 5% fee will be applied. An order is considered to be in production once it has been prepared for laser cutting. If you need to cancel an order that is already in production, a 25% fee will apply.
Once your order has been manufactured and shipped, it will typically take 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
