Poor Timely manner

Whilst I am happy with the bumper, I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and time to fabricate, which took 11 weeks to build, far past your lead times. I called multiple times during your allotted time for phone calls in your time zone. Nobody answered and my call was not returned. Would not order again

Excellent 5 star perfect, exactly what I expected! The welds were done excellent. I love the look of this bumper. I am so glad we chose your bumper. Powder coating it now and can’t wait to put it on! Thank you.

Great quality.

I think some of the welds could have been executed better instead of a strange double pass on the shackle mounts. It's like they missed the first time and did another pass next to it. Otherwise, I really like the design. Its still in primer and hasn't been mounted yet to battle test.

Positives, I like the look and it works.
Negatives, it came wrapped in packing tape and was a PITA to clean off. Big dent/chunk taken out likely there before shipping. Wrong hardware.
